The IceForum food policy is as follows:

Skaters and or Parents CAN bring outside food to the rink.  This food MUST be from home such as powerbars, fruits, or other snacks.  Food from establishments such as McDonalds and Chick-Fil-A is PROHIBITED.  If you have any questions, please see Moe or myself.
